Boston police declared the surviving suspect in last week's bombings "CAPTURED!!!" in an announcement on the department's Twitter feed after a daylong manhunt Friday, DPA reported.
"The hunt is over. The search is done. The terror is over. And justice has won. Suspect in custody," it said.
