10:26 (GMT+4) Eight people were killed as the Mi-8 helicopter crashed in Russia's Krasnoyarsk krai, while another 17 people survived, a source in local law enforcement agencies told TASS news agency.
"There were 22 passengers and three crew members onboard the helicopter. Eight people were killed and the others were injured, according to the preliminary data," the source said.
The source said the helicopter made hard landing in difficult access area, its fuselage is destroyed.
