Seven people were injured in an attack on a mental health facility in the US state of Pennsylvania, Sputnik reported.
Earlier on Friday, media reports emerged that US police shot a suspect accused of taking hostages in the facility.
According to the CBS News broadcaster, seven people were hospitalized in the incident.
The suspect, 38, dropped his knife after stabbing his victims, but refused to put down his gun, after which the police shot him.
Other local media outlets claim that he was a discharged patient of the facility who claimed that his stay there had ruined his life.
