(RIA Novosti) - A Kremlin official said Wednesday that Russia continued to face threats to its territorial integrity, like any other country.

"It is the nation's ongoing work to preserve the country's integrity, it is an uninterrupted process that does not include pauses for relaxation," Vladislav Surkov, deputy head of the Kremlin staff, told journalists, reports Trend.

He said that neither society nor the world as a whole could enjoy absolute stability, and that all nations must be vigilant against threats to their sovereignty.
