( ForUm ) - The VRU speaker Olexander Moroz considers it is necessary to use opportunity of tender winning to host Euro-2012, he told in the parliament, the Forum's correspondent informs.
"We should use this chance on such occasion and to get social sphere on the proper level," he said. He noted that the Constitution should be the ground of it.
Moroz asked opposition to return to the parliament to make changes introductions to the Constitution.
