( ForUm ) - District administrative court of Kyiv has charged Central Election Committee to reconsider registration of BYuT candidates for the People's deputies not later than on Wednesday.
Such decision was made on Tuesday at the court hearing, according to UNIAN.
In such a way the court completely complied with BYuT request.
As a reminder, CEC had not registered BYuT election lists because, as CEC explained, documents were incorrectly fulfilled.
