A pilot has been found at sea following a collision between two Sukhoi Su-34 fighter-bombers over the Sea of Japan, a source told TASS on Friday, Trend reports referring to TASS.
"They have found one of the pilots and are now trying to get him out of the sea," he said, adding that a storm was complicating the rescue effort.
One of Sukhoi Su-34 aircraft, which collided mid-air in the Far East, has returned to the base, a source in the regional law enforcement agencies told TASS on Friday.
"One of the aircraft landed at the Khurba base," the source added.
