( Reuters ) - Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said late on Monday that a military operation against Kurdish guerrillas based in northern Iraq was still planned, state news agency Anatolian reported on Tuesday.
Erdogan was also quoted as telling reporters after talks with U.S. President George W. Bush that Turkey had got what it wanted from talks in Washington in the fight against the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).
