Organizers of the terror act committed June 22 and caused four people's deaths have been arrested in Istanbul.
Istanbul Police arrested 27 peoples, who are suspected in organizing blast in the military bus, CIHAN Agency reports.
Three soldiers, including 17-year-old girl died as a result of the terror act.
