Besiktas soccer club of Turkey have sealed a deal with Germany's Werder Bremen striker Hugo Almeida, the soccer club said on Thursday, Anadolu Agency reported.
Talks have been underway with Almedia for a long time.
Besiktas said that club officials agreed on a three-and-an-half year contract with the Portuguese player and would pay two million euro for the transfer.
Almedia will be in Istanbul in January.
Besiktas also sealed a deal with Spain's Atletico Madrid's Portuguese winger Simao Sabrosa and agreed on a two-and-an-half-year contract with the Portuguese player and would pay 2.2 million euro for the 2010-2011 half season and a total of 5 million euro for the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons.
The club will also pay 900 thousand euro to Atletico Madrid to terminate their contract with Simao.
