Turkey on Thursday condemned the twin bombings which killed at least 25 and wounded scores in northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk earlier in the day, said an official statement.
The statement issued by the Turkish Foreign Ministry said Turkey had full confidence that the Iraqi people would act with common sense and disappoint those who were trying to create instability in Iraq, Xinhua reported.
Turkey would exert efforts to treat wounded Iraqi people in Turkish hospitals, the statement said, reaffirming that Turkish government would continue to support Iraq to help ensure long- lasting peace and stability in the country.
