Suspected members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) have killed four women and critically injured two others in an attack on a car in southeastern province of Siirt, Today's Zaman reported.

The PKK members attacked with rocket launchers and four women were killed when a missile struck the car in which they were travelling to a wedding, Cihan news agency reported.

Turkish broadcaster CNN Turk said only two of the four victims were women.
