Turkish Minister of EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagish said EU changed rules "within the game" when Turkey was the subject in any issue.
Speaking at a conference on the EU and Turkey organized by the Italian Institute of International Affairs (IAI) in Rome, Bagish underlined that no membership was an alternative to the EU for Turkey.
Touching on Syria, Egemen Bagish stressed that the international community must refrain from "a second Bosnia" in Syria.
