Prime Minisnter Reccep Tayyip Erdoğan had an unscheduled meeting with the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, TRT reported.
The two leaders who began talking on their way to dinner continued their conversation at the table.
Reportedly the conversation centered on the Syrian crisis.
Erdoğan and Ahmadinejad already held unscheduled talks last month on the sidelines of an international summit in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Regarding the mortar shell that hit Akçakale Ahmadinejad said "Turkey is right in the case of Akcakale and we support you".
