Turkey's main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) re-appealed to the constitutional court for demanding the annulment of the bill on top judicial governing body on Monday Anadolu Agency reported.
After receiving a rejection from the high court due insufficiency in their bill of claims, CHP re-submitted the complaint bill on the Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors' (HSYK).
The newly-adopted law was published in the Official Gazette earlier on Thursday after its ratification by Turkey's President Abdullah Gul.
