Turkey's Aviation Board (THK) President Osman Yildirim was arrested, TRT Haber news channel reported Oct. 28.
The THK head was arrested during an operation held by the Financial Crimes Unit of Ankara Police Department.
Nine more people were detained along with Yildirim on suspicion of financial fraud.
