Turkmenistan will take part in the events dedicated to the Canakkale Victory, the country's President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who is on a two-day visit to Turkey, said.
He made the remarks during the joint press conference with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Berdimuhamedov said that Turkey and Turkmenistan are strategic partners and Ashgabat values the relations with Ankara, Turkish TRT Haber TV channel reported March 3.
"Turkmenistan and Turkey will continue to cooperate," said Berdimuhamedov.
Earlier, Erdogan invited the presidents of a number of countries to take part in the festive events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the victory in Canakkale battle on April 24.
