Turkish armed forces approach strategically important settlement in Syria’s Afrin

The Turkish Armed Forces approached strategically important Rajo settlement, located in Syria’s Afrin district, the Turkish General Staff said in a message March 2.
According to the message, the Turkish Armed Forces and the Free Syrian Army have today liberated three more settlements from terrorists in Afrin.
In general, 118 settlements were liberated from terrorists during the Operation Olive Branch.
On Jan. 20, the Turkish Armed Forces, together with the Free Syrian Army, launched the Operation Olive Branch in Afrin, Syria.
