The General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works of Turkey has announced a tender for the construction of a water canal between the districts of Esenyurt and Avcılar in Istanbul city.
Local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender procedure will be held at 14:00 (GMT + 3) on August 27, 2018.
