The Turkish energy company Turkiye Elektrik Iletim A.S. (TEİAS) has announced an open tender to render services to the company's 12 power grids in the Kastamonu province.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 14:00 (GMT +3) on Dec. 13, 2018.
