Heavy snowfall in Turkey cut off connection with 47 settlements in the country's Sivas province, Trend reports via Turkish media March 8.
Presently, work is underway to restore communication.
The depth of snow cover in Sivas reaches one and a half meters, reports said.
Earlier, due to severe frost in the country's Agri province, the Agra - Ankara flight of Anadolu Jet was canceled.
