The Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) will implement nine projects in 2020, a source at the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources told Trend.
The total cost of all projects is over 7.5 billion liras ($1.1 billion).
According to the ministry, for the implementation of projects, the corporation will attract 3.2 billion liras ($470 million) of external credit.
In 2020, seven mining companies will launch 45 projects worth a total cost of over 9.7 billion liras ($1.4 billion) in the country.
Moreover, 118 energy projects with a total value of over 24.5 billion liras ($3.6 billion) will be implemented in Turkey in 2020.
To realize these projects, external credits worth 2.8 billion liras ($410 million) will be attracted.
As many as 14 companies will take part in the implementation of energy projects.
