Car exports to Israel declines, Turkish Trade Ministry

Cars export from Turkey to Israel decreased from January through September by 13,79 percent compared to the same period in 2019, amounting to $465.677 million, Trend reports citing the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

In September 2020, car exports from Turkey to Israel increased by 37.42 percent compared to September 2019, and amounted to $83.196 million.

Cars export accounted for 15.7 percent of the country's total exports during this period.

In September 2020, Turkey exported $2.605 billion worth of cars to world markets, which is 24 percent less than in the same month in 2019.

Some 17.5 percent of the country's total exports are accounted for car exports in September 2020.

Over the past 12 months (September 2019 - September 2020), Turkey has exported cars worth $25.180 billion.
