Turkey increased the export of ready-made clothes to Austria by 78 percent from January through April 2021 compared to the same period of last year up to $67.2 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend on May 18.
Moreover, Turkey increased the export of ready-made clothes to Austria by 93.9 percent in April 2021 compared to April 2020 up to $12.9 million.
Turkey as a whole increased the export of ready-made clothes by 32.3 percent from January through April 2021 compared to the same period of 2020 up to $6.3 billion.
In general, Turkey exported ready-made clothes worth $1.6 billion in April 2021, which is by 184.7 percent more than in the same period of last year.
Turkey’s export of these products amounted to $18.7 billion over the past 12 months (April 2020 - April 2021).
