Turkey's export volume to the Turkic-speaking countries increased by 41.6 percent from January through June 2021 compared to the same period of 2020, amounting to $2.8 billion, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
Turkey's export volume to the Turkic-speaking countries increased by 26.6 percent in May 2021 compared to May 2020, amounting to $518.5 million.
Turkey's import volume from the Turkic-speaking countries increased by 73 percent from January through June 2021 compared to the same period of 2020, amounting to $1.9 billion.
"Turkey's import volume from the Turkic-speaking countries increased by 128 percent in May 2021 compared to May 2020, amounting to $497 million," the ministry said.
