Turkish ports have handled 205 buses in the first seven months of 2021, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey told Trend on Aug.23.
According to the ministry, the ships have delivered 50 buses to Turkish ports in the reporting period.
"From January to July, 155 buses have been sent from the ports of Turkey," the ministry said.
In general, the ports have handled over 1.18 million vehicles during the reporting period.
Ro-Ro ships delivered 472,022 vehicles to the ports during the reporting period. Meanwhile, 716,691 vehicles were sent from the ports of Turkey by Ro-Ro ships
Turkish ports handled 145,316 vehicles in total in July of this year. In this month, Ro-Ro ships delivered 58,106 vehicles to Turkish ports, and 87,210 cars were sent from the ports, added the ministry.
