BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 17. From the Turkish port of Tuzla to the Italian port of Trieste 21,551 cars were delivered from January through February 2022, and 14,736 in the opposite direction, Trend reports via the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
The transshipment of cars between the two ports amounted to 36,287 in the specified period.
The ports of Turkey handled 184,756 cars in February 2022.
Ro-Ro ships delivered 68,676 vehicles to Turkish ports during the reporting period. At the same time, 116,080 cars were sent from the ports of Turkey.
Turkish ports handled 356,489 vehicles from January through February 2022.
Ro-Ro ships delivered 130,029 vehicles to Turkish ports during this period and 226,460 vehicles were shipped from Turkish ports.
