BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 5. The carpet export value of Türkiye equaled $1.7 billion from January through August 2022, decreasing by 16.1 percent against the same period of 2021, the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye said, Trend reports via TurkicWorld.
"Türkiye exported $224.8 million worth of carpets in August 2022, which was 5.5 percent less than in August 2021," the ministry said.
Over the past 12 months (August 2021 - August 2022), Türkiye has exported carpets of $2.8 billion value.
