BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 18. The number of real estate properties purchased by Azerbaijani citizens in Türkiye in 2022 totaled 1,330 which is 187 less than in 2021, the Turkish General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (GDLRC) told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
The directorate noted that Azerbaijani citizens purchased 139 real estate properties in Türkiye in December 2022, which is 53 less than in December 2021.
A total of 1,486,622 real estate objects were sold in Türkiye in 2022, which is 0.4 percent less than in 2021.
In addition, a total of 67,490 properties were sold to foreigners in Türkiye, which is 15.1 percent less than in 2021.
