BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 26. Pakistani citizens purchased 458 properties in Türkiye from January through December 2023, down by 545 properties from 2022, Trend reports, referring to the General Directorate of the Land Registry and Cadastre of Türkiye.
Meanwhile, Pakistani citizens purchased 55 properties in Türkiye in December last year, which is 10 more properties than in December 2022.
To note, there were 138,577 apartments purchased in Türkiye in December 2023, 33.4 percent less than in December 2022.
According to the report, 1,225,926 apartments were purchased in Türkiye from January through December 2023.
"This is 17.5 percent less than in 2022," the ministry indicated.
A total of 2,064 apartments were sold to foreign nationals in Türkiye in December 2023, down 67.7 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
Over the past year, foreign nationals bought 35,000 apartments in Türkiye, which is 48.1 percent less than in 2022.
