BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 14. Türkiye reduced its chemical exports to France from January through March 2024 by 11.7 percent to $158.6 million compared to the same period last year, the Trade Ministry of Türkiye said, Trend reports.
"Türkiye's chemical exports to France decreased by 35.4 percent to $51.9 million in March 2024 compared to the same month in 2023," the statement says.
Meanwhile, Türkiye's chemical exports increased 7.7 percent year-on-year to $8 billion from January through March 2024, and the nation's chemical exports to global markets in March 2024 rose 5.7 percent compared to the same month in 2023 to $3 billion.
Türkiye exported $31.1 billion worth of chemical products in the last 12 months (from March 2024 through March 2023).
