BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 20. Iranian citizens bought 707 properties in Türkiye in January-April 2024, 1,114 fewer than the same period last year, Trend reports.
According to the information, Iranian citizens bought 117 real estate properties in Türkiye in April this year, which is 260 properties less than in April 2023
Additionally, 75,569 apartments were bought in Türkiye in April 2024, which is 11.8 percent less than in April 2023.
The information indicates that 355,173 apartments were purchased in Türkiye from January through April 2024, which is 3.7 percent less than in the same period of 2023.
However, 1,272 apartments were sold to foreign nationals in Türkiye in April 2024, which is 50.3 percent less than in the same month of 2023.
Furthermore, foreigners purchased 6,957 apartments in Türkiye from January through April of the same year, 48.4 percent less than in the same period last year.
