ANTALYA, Türkiye, April 11. The global order is entering a more fragmented phase, marked by shifting alliances and a move away from the traditional East-West divide, said Mevlut Chavushoglu, MP for Antalya and Head of the Turkish Delegation to the NATO PA, speaking at the 4th Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Trend reports.

“The international system we have known for decades is undergoing a profound transformation,” he said, pointing to the rise of multipolarity and the decline of the rule-based international order.

As countries realign based on trade, security, and economic interests, Chavushoglu stressed the need for adaptable diplomacy. “The challenge for all powers is to figure out how to manage their relationship, not just through rivalry, but through partnerships,” he said.

Calling the transition “both an opportunity and a risk,” he urged policymakers to show “foresight and adaptability” in navigating today’s complex world. “Our very distinguished panelists will help us explore all these issues,” he added, opening the forum’s discussions.
