By Huseyn Valiyev – Trend:

E-Pul, an e-payment system in Azerbaijan, is offering virtual cards intended for making online payments and purchases.

The virtual cards are offered free of charge, E-Pul told Trend Feb. 3.

To get the virtual card it is needed to register on the e-pul.az website, after which a 16-digit number and a CVV code of the card will be sent to the user-specified mobile phone number.

Up to 150 Azerbaijani manats can be loaded to the virtual card.

It is also possible to load money to the virtual card using cards of other banks.

The E-Pul virtual card has a commission fee of at least 1 manat or 2 percent of the amount paid using it.

The virtual card is designed for online payments only. It doesn’t have a physical carrier, but it possesses all the details required for its use: a 16-digit number, the card expiry date and a CVV three-digit security code.
