Tge German KfW has identified a consultant to prepare a feasibility study to develop renewable energy sources in Azerbaijan, the KfW Baku office told Trend on Wednesday.

"The work will last for 12 months. If additional wind speed measure required, this period can be up to 18 months," the fund said.
The project aims to increase the proportion of renewable energy in the total electricity production in the country and ensure the continued and effective use of resources.
KfW is ready to allocate 130 million euro to Azerbaijan for the development of renewable energy sources.
