Department for Preliminary Investigation of Tax Crimes at Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan has completed an investigating a criminal case filed against Fakhraddin Ismayilov, the Ministry said today.
"The investigation found that the director of the liability companies Tikinti Qurasdırma-TS, BT İnsaat, Boldeks, Taminat 4, Fitex,Optimus 2008 and Bakı 2009, Fakhraddin Ismailov, intentionally included some revenues and expenses and falsified data in accounting records to avoid paying taxes to the public budget on a large amount," the Ministry said.
During the investigation various criminal cases filed against Ismayilov were combined, the necessary investigations were held, relevant examinations were carried out, and a criminal case was built.
Ismaylov was charged under article 213.2.2 of the Criminal Code.
The indictment has been sent to the Prosecutor General's Office.
