Commander of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force Major General Qassem Soleimani in a message to the Palestinians lauded them for their efforts against Israel.
Soleimani underlined that the disarmament of the Palestinian groups is a mere hallucination that will not be materialized, Iran's official IRNA news agency reported on July 30.
"The painful scenes in Palestine disheartens us and fills our chests with deep grief arising from the deep anger," he said.
Soleimani went on to note that "martyrdom for Palestine is a dream of every noble Muslim and freedom-seeker."
The IRGC commander underlined that confronting Israel is a necessity and the "Palestinian resistance movement" will make the land and skies into hell for Israel.
Since July 7, Israel has attacked the Palestinian coastal territory with air and naval bombardments with the stated aim of halting Palestinian rocket fire.
More than 1200 Palestinians including women and children were killed so far during the operation dubbed 'Enduring Rock.' It is reported that the Israeli army lost over 45 servicemen during the hostilities.
Earlier, the UN's top human rights official, Navi Pillay, condemned Israel's military actions in Gaza. She also condemned Islamic militant group, Hamas for "indiscriminate attacks" on Israel.
