Iran hopes that the final nuclear agreement for giving permission to IAEA inspectors (to visit Parchin military complex) will be signed, Iran Ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency Ali Asghar Soltanieh told ISNA

Soltanieh hope that Iran and IAEA will be able to define a framework covering all aspects of technical, legal issues and Iran's requests in nuclear sphere.

He added that the date of next talks between Agency and Iran has not been scheduled yet.

The IAEA wants to sign an agreement that would enable its inspectors to visit a military complex, Parchin, and other sites which it suspects may be linked to what it calls the "possible military dimensions" to Iran's nuclear program.

Iran and IAEA held the fifth round of negotiations to define a framework to inspect Parchin on June 8.

IAEA said a fifth round of talks with Iran ended in disappointment in Vienna on Friday, as no agreement was reached on a planned investigation of alleged nuclear weapons projects, dpa reported.

"There has been no progress," IAEA chief inspector Herman Nackaerts told reporters. "It is disappointing."

Secretary General of IAEA, Yukia Amano reported last November that Iran probably has had some military-related nuclear tests at Parchin.

Robert Wood acting head of the U.S. mission to the International Atomic Energy Agency said on June 6 that Iran was carrying out apparent clean-up efforts at a military site, Parchin, that the UN nuclear watchdog wants to visit as part of an inspection of suspected atom bomb research in the Islamic state.

Iran rejected claims about cleaning-up Parchin.
