Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili met with Secretary General of the Organisation of Black Sea Economic Cooperation, Victor Tvircun.
The president stressed during the meeting that Georgia is ready to support the most important regional initiatives that will contribute towards the development of the Black Sea region, the Georgian president's press service told Trend today.
The parties discussed the issues of establishing strong transport and energy relations amongst the organisation's member states.
"The relations between the organisation and Georgia as one of the countries founder members, as well as the cooperation between all affiliates of the organisation were discussed at the meeting," Tvircun said after the meeting.
"I am pleased to stress that we have common views on existing and future fields of cooperation," he said.
