Georgia's Energy and Natural Resources Minister, Kakha Kaladze and 'Skynest Hydro AS' company's founder, Oleg Ostinovsky have signed a memorandum of understanding.
The document provides for implementation of energy projects with additional installed capacity of 100 megawatts. The projects will be implemented by the company.
The company aims to conduct researches to find new energy projects.
In turn, Georgian ministry expressed its readiness to consider the proposals and contribute to the company in implementation of projects within the legislation.
Subsidiary of the 'Skynest Hydro AS' - 'Hydro Development' is already implementing the Kintrishi Hydro Power Plant (HPP) project in Georgia.
The construction of the HPP with a capacity of five megawatts will begin in April, 2014.
