Azerbaijan, Baku, February 22 / Trend K. Zarbalyeva / In Baku a mentally ill man committed suicide. As was reported to Trend on Sunday the prosecutor's office of Surakhani district, on Saturday night, a resident of the village of Yeni Surakhani, Kalinina street, house 23 A Parviz Abbasov hanged himself in his house.
The 26 year old Abbasov was registered as mentally unstable since 2000.
The facts in the prosecutor's office instituted criminal proceedings for incitement to suicide.
This is the third case of suicide in the past three days, Surakhani area.
