A court has issued a decision on businessman charged with fraud.
Businessman Khanlar Aliyev, who misappropriated money of GEN CJSC Elbrus Aliyev, was sentenced to nine years in jail, Serious Crimes Court told Trend .
Khanlar Aliyev is charged with inflicting great damage (article 178.3.2). He misappropriated $80,000.
They agreed to establish a farm in Zabrat and Mashtaga settlements. Elbrus Aliyev gave Khanlar Aliyev $80,000 which was misappropriated by the latter.
Khanlar Aliyev was arrested by Baku Central Police Office in October 2008. He was co-founder of GEN CJSC and partner of Elbrus Aliyev.
