The e-services of the Azerbaijani Health and Emergency Ministries have been integrated into the Electronic Government portal,(ehdis.az).

The possibility of an electronic appeal and reception of documents for the registration of ships at the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels, the examination of the State Agency entities to control security in the building and obtain special permits (licenses) are among the services offered by the MOE.

The portal also has the electronic services for the Ministry of Health, including information about patients' provision of medicines, a card system of medical examination for companies as well as citizens belonging to obligate groups and the system of electronic health cards.
Currently 26 public institutions of Azerbaijan are connected to the portal. Work is underway on the integration of 13 public institutions' electronic services.

The electronic government' portal will be a key tool for supporting work with the population and enterprises in both the public and private sectors.

The list of electronic services has been prepared and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers. State authorities are prepared to submit more than 80 electronic services to the population at this site, a certain portion of which is provided on a 'single window'. The number of services on the site will exceed 300 in the future.

Launch of the portal will reduce the number of documents requested from citizens due to the fact that different bodies will interact with each other electronically.
