The 4th Republican Exhibition of Youth Organisations will open in Baku on 28 November - a remarkable event taking place at Baku Expo Center for the first time and held over three days until 30 November. The exhibition will be held with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Featuring participation from over 100 youth organisations, the event aims to keep society informed of the activity of youth organisations and the projects and events held by them, as well as encouraging young people to take part in community activities. The business programme includes seminars held on every day of the exhibition, with a cultural programme and a range of informative activities also planned for exhibitors and visitors.
The relevance and timeliness of the event is confirmed by its inclusion in the Youth of Azerbaijan 2011-2015 state programme in the section related to organising exhibitions reflecting the activity of youth organisations. The event is organised by Iteca Caspian LLC.
The exhibition is taking place at the same venue as the 1st SportExpo 2012 International Exhibition of Sport, Sports Equipment and Sportswear, an event which offers an excellent opportunity for its exhibitors to showcase their production and services - sportswear, accessories for sport and active pursuits, and sporting equipment and supplies. This co-location allows the achievements of sporting and youth organisations to be presented at the same place at the same time.
Taking part in the 4th Republican Exhibition of Youth Organisations is a chance for youth organisations to present their organisation, demonstrate their achievements and opportunities, exchange experience and expand social links. The event is also a place to find support from commercial bodies and major companies for future business development.
