The Caspian Investment Centre together with the Bulgarian Robopartans company are initiating a robotics development project in Azerbaijan, the Centre told Trend on Tuesday.
It is expected that an agreement between the two parties will be signed by the end of May.
According to the centre, the new educational project is aimed at awakening and strengthening the interest of high school students towards the information technologies through the robot industry.
The project is aimed at children and young people of school age encouraging them towards an innovative treatment to all aspects of life.
Those children showing talent as designers and innovators will be attracted to the take part in the project. They will be taught programming languages, radio electronics, physics, mathematics and other various technical sciences, stimulating creative thinking and innovative ideas.
The educational programme is designed to solve the problem of forming a creative personality having technical knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of robotics.
