Azercell Telecom launched another round of its Student Bursary Program, the company's statement said on Wednesday.
This program has started since October 1 and is aimed at supporting and providing special care to the university students with outstanding academic records and help those with strong potential to shape-up as professionals in their fields of study.
The winning students will benefit both from the scholarship of 200AZN until the end of this academic year as well as get a unique opportunity to increase their knowledge in the field of telecommunications, get involved in Azercell's corporate and social events, join range of training courses and undergo an internship in the company.
The students of the third and fourth year of study are eligible to apply for the Student Bursary Program of Azercell. The results of the selection process and scores of the applicants will be sent to their email addresses. Students of marketing or information-communication technologies fields are given an advantage during the selection process.
This program, held annually since 2008, is under a strong interest and attention by Azerbaijani students. Over these years more than 50 students of different universities of Azerbaijan were selected to benefit from the program and named Azercell Scholarship Winner. Along with the grant from Azercell, these students also gained a remarkable experience for own career with the help of the Company's specialists.
