Azercell Telecom launched a special discounted offer for the pilgrims leaving Azerbaijan for Hajj as of September 30. Under this campaign, Azercell subscribers, who stay in Saudi Arabia until October 30, will enjoy discounted roaming rates, the company said.
So, using the network of "Mobily (Etihad Etisalat)" mobile operator, they can speak and send SMS with a lower rate. This campaign provides more comfortable and favorable opportunity for pilgrims to be in touch with their close ones while travelling to Saudi Arabia.
