French president Francois Hollande, who is on official visit in Azerbaijan, expressed hope that France and Azerbaijan will sign several lucrative contracts on Monday.
President Hollande arrived in Baku on Sunday, accompanied by a large delegation of French businessmen and several French government ministers.
French president said France was looking to offer a number of grants to Azerbaijani students, allowing them to study in French universities.
Mentioning the commercial exchanges between France and Azerbaijan, Francois Hollande said Azerbaijan is a country that is developing at an incredible speed.
Earlier today, Hollande, along with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva visited and observed the construction of the French Lyceum in Baku.
