Trend Agency presents photos from the Azerbaijani capital Baku's new boulevard - White City.
White City is one of those places in Baku, which will be of great interest for the city's guests, especially for those coming to see the first-ever European Games to be held here.
This boulevard is a continuation of the seaside national park, stretching in the capital's area previously known as the Black City, which used to house many industry facilities.
White City complements the project called Baku White City, implemented in the industrial area with a restored ecology.
And today, this boulevard is a part of a 16-kilometer single complex along with the old boulevard, the new boulevard, the flag square boulevard, and the Bayil Boulevard. Initially, Baku Boulevard, built 100 years ago, was only 3.5 kilometers long.
White City also houses Azerbaijan's largest five-star hotel, the Bulvar Hotel, which boasts with its 818 rooms.
