The Egyptian AirCair airline has requested the Azerbaijani side slots for Baku-Sharm el-Sheikh flights starting from December 25, 2015, the State Civil Aviation Administration of Azerbaijan told Trend Nov.24.
The administration said that previously, the airline was granted permission to fly for the period from October 25 2015 until March 25 2016, but since then, the start of flights has been constantly postponed.
"At the same time, due to the recent developments and uncertainty there is no exact information on the market regarding the start of Baku-Sharm el-Sheikh flights," the administration said.
